John Jones, a native of Fort Myers, Florida, having over thirty years nationwide experience in retail real estate, embracing the purchasing, construction, leasing, sales, marketing, development and management of commercial facilities. John has completed projects nationwide for companies such as Cold Stone Creamery, Rita's Italian Ice, Barnie’s Coffee & Tea, Miami Subs, Blockbuster Entertainment, Lionel Leisure, Grossmans Lumber, and Levitz Furniture.
He has served as Real Estate Manager, Director and Vice President of these companies, being totally responsible for the retail development and construction of facilities up to 250,000 square feet.
John has been continually active as a Florida Real Estate Broker since 1981, and joined The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in 1980. With numerous memberships in related real estate organizations, Mr. Jones has spoken regionally and a nationally on various aspects of the industry.
